1-Year Warranty

We take pride in crafting high-quality, phthalate-free jump ropes that meet international standards (ISO, SGS compliant). Our products come with a 1-year money-back warranty to ensure your confidence in their durability and performance.

Coverage: Within the 1-year warranty period, we will refund, repair, or replace any product or part defective in materials or workmanship. PVCJumpRope.com covers the cost of shipping for warranty-related returns.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, particularly on jump rope cables used outdoors on rough surfaces. Bare wire cables, as noted on our product pages, may wear quickly and are not covered under this warranty.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than quality issues, the following conditions apply:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 90 days from the date you receive your order, excluding transit time.
Condition: Items must be unused and in resalable condition (suitable for sale as new to another customer).

- Include your order information (order number, item, name, address, and email) with the returned item for accurate identification.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected before processing.
